   This product is the only thing that has worked to get the birds off my front porch. I can now enjoy it without having to clean bird poo every two weeks. It worked so well my wife bought another for the other end of the porch. I had tried remote feeders, shinny wind chimes, fake owls and smelly goose repellant. I was down to my last resort when an expert spoke of painting sticky goo everywhere. I thought there has to be a better way. Then I found this. I dialed in the settings and my porch went from looking like a Central Park statue in July to a place where you dont have to look before you sit down.

I contacted Cleanrth and received a fast response. They sent me a second unit to try. It came with personal instructions where to set up each unit and the various settings to try. Tried it for several more weeks with no success.

   Upon return from vacation we found pigeons used our ramada while we were away. Pigeon feces all over roof, on counter, furniture, tile, everywhere. We spent hours of cleaning and sanitizing. We never experienced anything like this and we were desperate to immediately prevent the pigeons from returning. We purchased two of these devices and placed them on each end of the counter under the ramada. I honestly am quite shocked that these devices work. The group/flock (whatever they're called) fly toward our ramada and turn away as they get close in mid flight. We have used them for 3 weeks now and the pigeons have not returned. Again, very surprised these work and very grateful.

   I seldom write a review on a purchased product, however I was so pleased with the results from your bird repeller that I felt compelled to let you know how well it worked for me. I have a 25 foot open bow boat that is protected from the elements by means of a Touchless Cover. The problem that was created with the cover was that the internal structure provided numerous perches and nesting areas for the ubiquitous Tree Swallows. The droppings were creating a huge mess. I tried the phony owls and snakes, plus other bird deterrents; none worked. So, after doing additional research I saw your product on Amazon with the numerous positive reviews. I purchased and installed the TSBR620 approximately 6 weeks ago. The results are amazing. I have had zero bird droppings, additionally, the device seems to be deterring the bats as well. If I could give you a six star rating I would do so. Thank you for providing a quality product that works as advertised

   I gave it 5 starts because I don't know how much better they could have done with this product, but a few things to consider when buying it. You have the option to use batteries or electrical power. Obviously the long term electrical would be better to use. But depending on where you may need to place the unit, it may be a bit of a chore to get power there (again, not the sellers problem, its mine).

   There are a few items to note. I am used to electronics as they are a hobby, however, a new user might be intimidated when using the adjustments to fit the specific area. There could also be a pair of sliding blinds for the infrared sensor to narrow the focus such as for long porches like mine. If you require a narrow space you can try what I did which is cover a small strip on either side of the sensor with tape.

   I normally don't write reviews but I felt the need to write one about this product. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and it's been working great! We had a problem with birds in a specific area of our backyard/pool where they would gather and crap all of our pool/spa area. Since I installed this thing, it starts going off and the birds fly away. It seems less and less birds even try to drink water out of the pool these days. The amount of bird crap everywhere has dropped a considerable amount too. Not completely gone yet, but much much better.

   I have a couple pretty aggressive mountain jays that like to hang on my window screen and yell at us through the closed window all day but they are gone now. The unit was a little irritating at first but that makes sense because it's supposed to be, now I have moved it to another place in my yard and the birds still wont come back. Also it seems like the company is very helpful, so if it doesn't work for you just let them know your situation and they'll have a solution. Very nice!
