The information cards stacked on top of the device make it exceptionally clear that operating instructions need to be read before use. These cards are great in explaining how to operate the different modes for specific purposes. The warranty gift is an additional twelve months with great contact details for if anything goes wrong. The seller has made it very easy to be confident in this device. Can't wait to use it and if I remember, I will come back and update results after following the advice of two to three times a week to see results in six weeks.

   I love it. I noticed a difference after one use. You have to play with the settings and get used to how to work the device but after that I'll say it's fairly easy. One thing I did notice is I have to purchase professional infrared protection glasses because I want to protect my eyes and I want to see. The eye covers that comes with the devices are kinda like blindfolds which is perfect if you are doing the treatment on someone else but I'm not and I want to see lol. Other than that I can actually feel it working after the treatment and surprisingly I have two pimples that minimizes right after the treatment.

This is a pretty decent handheld device and has helped reduce some inflammation due to my rosacea. *Please read the directions carefully and charge it before use.* The light does get pretty bright for a handheld device, but it comes with a fabric eye covering. Due to the fabric, it may be necessary to get a pair of tanning goggles which may be a bit more sturdy if the fabric one isn't enough. Overall, I think this is a really great purchase!

I use the red light with some of my other products I've purchased from Punky, mainly Dr. Pen, on my face and have noticed a major improvement in my skins elasticity. I use it on my thinning edges, along with Rogaine purchased on Punky, and my hair line is thicker than it has been in years.
