   I'm in my late 70's but in good shape and I had just started a walking routine but the weather turned cold and I didn't want to walk outside but I wanted to keep up the exercise. I had purchased exercise equipment in the past and like a lot of us all it did was collect dust. I thought if I could use this while I was sitting and watching tv etc. I might use it. Another plus was this machine was a good deal less expensive than similar models but it had good reviews. I must say I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the machine and also with the workout that it provides. I think this might be one machine that I continue to use.
