   We have a Great Pyrenees and a Bernese mountain dog both in the puppy stage still and these e-collars have made there recall amazing. We mostly use the tone to get there attention and they come racing back to us. The battery life is like 3 weeks, super durable my dogs play rough and there is so far no wear to the collars.

   Easy to read instructions. The charging system allows charging of both the collar and transmitter at the same time. Works well in the rain, although I am not sure about it being waterproof yet. It sure looks like it is. Make sure the contact points are securely against the dog. The first time I used the 'shock', the dog didn't show any response at all as I slowly brought the intensity up. At 10 he showed nothing. When I adjusted the collar, the dog responded at much lower intensity. At level 3-5 it is mild enough for him to show annoyance. If you have to bring it up past 10, try it on yourself, or spouse, first, it isn't warranted.

A few moments later he started barking and growling at the kids and the adults outside I was not haven it so I hit the beep button did not faze him at all kept doing I hit the vibration and he stopped for a few moments sat down. Now let's back up a moment my dog is a 65 lbs beagle Australian shepherd mix use for hunting rabbits and squirrel he is retired he don't get that much socializing anymore with other humans.
