   After using rings (and fighting with them) for making eggs to go on my english muffin I finally found this pan! Works great! Follow the directions... wash with soap and water before first use, put some oil on a paper towel and wipe the inside wells (it will disappear), use on medium-low heat. Do not let it heat long empty and if you aren't using one of the wells put some water in it (you can see that in my 5th photo, the well on the bottom has water). Pan is thick, similiar to a non-stick pan, wooden handle is beautiful. Just run it along the edge to work it under and flip. My husband was able to make his egg sandwiches for the week in one shot! Love it!!

Perfect for making your own breakfast sandwiches just like that place with arches.Only thing is it is hard to clean the small areas between the 4 cups.    My wife saw a 4 cup egg cooking pan being shown on her face book following and asked if I could find one for her. I chose this one with the heat indicator and although there were a few bad reviews I decided to add it to my wish list until funds became available to purchase. Thankfully it remained at a good price and eventually i purchased it. When it arrived it was lighter than I expected it, and although I had to attach the handle (as it came in two parts) it wasn't that difficult to assemble (even came with two screws - one already in the pan and one in a plastic bag in the box - only needed one). It took little time for my wife to adjust using it, and it wasn't long before she got the hang of it. Now she loves to cook eggs with it, from making egg mc-muffins to eggs benedict. Her only regret is that although it looks like a "Roc" type pan - it is not (she has a whole set of "Rocs". She also tells me when using it to be sure to use an oil spray - works fantastic that way. As I have to do the washing (our agreement she cooks - I wash up) it actually isn't that hard to clean it with a plastic bristled brush. Anyway a great product.

   This is a really light pan and very easy to handle. I have cooked only twice in this pan, to make potato cutlets and chickpea fritters. This pan makes it very easy to cook these snacks with very little oil. Otherwise in a large pan or skillet both fritters as well as cutlets absorb a lot of oil. The snacks came out well cooked and crispy.. It’s fairly easy to clean too, I just pop it into the dishwasher and it comes out clean. Very useful in the kitchen with its unique design. Highly recommended!!

   I like this egg pan specially if you want to make it over easy eggs. It is a little difficult when you like your eggs well done because its difficult to flip it. I put a generous amount of spray in the pan before cooking, so it doesn't really stick to it. I love that it makes the perfect shape I want. It's not too heavy, so easily to put together and hold it in. We also have a traditional dish that we make, which is almost like a pancake, but with a lot more spices. The shape of the dish is small round circles. This makes that perfect circle every time, so I use this egg pan to make that dish. I would give it a 5 star overall.

   I researched pancake pans for a while before deciding on this one, and I could not be more satisfied with my purchase! The pan has a nice depth (unlike others in the market), which lets you make thick, fluffy pancakes. I also purchased a mini spatula separately to make the flipping easier; what's nice, though, is that even if you don't do a "perfect" flip, the pan is very forgiving and still produces the most beautiful end result. The pan heats up quickly, after which I spray some oil and cook my pancakes over medium heat. It's super easy to clean up too! My family was a HUGE fan of the pancakes made in this product — I can't recommend this enough!
